Experience.com will be performing maintenance on the platform to add new features.

Total downtime is not expected to exceed 17 hours.

During this time all public facing pages for customers and end-users will be unavailable. All logins will be disabled. Surveys already sent to recipients will NOT work but recipients will see a message to retry later. Emails that normally are sent out of the platform during the downtime will not go out, but will go out when the platform is restored to full availability.

Ingestion of data will be paused during downtimes and our APIs will not respond to calls.
