Experience.com will be performing maintenance on the platform to update a key database. Total downtime is not expected to exceed 30 minutes.

During this time the only segment of the Experience.com platform that will be impacted is the Survey Taker. This means your customers will not be able to start or complete surveys during this window.

There will be a message that appears indicating that the site is not available (for maintenance) and giving them an estimated time to retry.

All public facing pages for customers and end-users will be available
All logins will be enabled
Emails that normally are sent out of the platform during the downtime will go out
Ingestion of data will continue as usual during downtimes
Our APIs will respond to calls as usual

We selected this time because it historically is a low point when consumers are taking surveys.
